Carolyn is a consultant dedicated to helping women build bold, value-aligned businesses—on their own terms. With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, she blends mindset, strategy, and digital infrastructure to guide women from uncertainty to clarity, and from small starts to six-figure success.
A creative visionary and unapologetic advocate, Carolyn empowers women to define success for themselves and build businesses that reflect their purpose, power, and potential.
Stephanie High, M.A.
Co-Founder • Human-Centered Design • Community Resilience
Stephanie is a strategist, systems thinker, and community builder who works at the intersection of psychology and technology—designing people-first solutions for real-world challenges.
With a Master’s in Performance Psychology and ongoing PhD student focused on trauma, she brings a science-backed, deeply human lens to everything she builds. She’s worked inside Fortune 50 companies, partnered with them as a consultant, launched her own ventures, and coached entrepreneurs from the ground up.
