Ladies Lunch: The Light Factory
July will find our Ladies Lunch with Ashlie Beal, founder of The Light Factory, a female-owned lighting studio in the Pacific Northwest known for its modern, handcrafted fixtures and deeply personalized client experience. What began as a DIY chandelier project in her first home has grown into a purpose-driven business powered by a tight-knit team, thoughtful design, and a commitment to giving back.
Come hear Ashlie’s story and stay for meaningful conversation with a community of women who get it. This event is BYOL (that’s bring your own lunch).

Ladies Lunch: Craft Studio
Join us for our June Ladies Lunch event with Danielle Nishiyama, hairstylist and owner of Craft Studio. Danielle has a passion for education and helping grow young stylists in a multitude of ways including color formulating, cutting techniques, extensions, social media mastery, and consultations. Danielle is also the founder of The Hair Symposium, a two-day, in-person education event for hairstylists, students, and salon owners.
We will be gathering across from Craft Studio at the No-Li Bier Hall. Attendees are welcome and encouraged to purchase their own lunch and drinks from No-Li (outside food is not permitted). Join us for an inspiring conversation with Danielle as she shares her journey and take the opportunity to connect with fellow women in business!
